Terms of Service

1. Introduction

The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our”, and “Company” refer to Draze India Private Limited, and “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Draze platform.

By accessing or using the Draze website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Use of Content

All logos, trademarks, brand names, designs, and content on the platform are the property of Draze or used under license.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.

3. Acceptable Use

(A) Security Rules

Users must not:

• Access unauthorized data or accounts
• Attempt to breach platform security
• Introduce viruses or malicious code
• Disrupt or overload the system
• Send spam or unauthorized communications

Violation may result in legal action.

(B) General Rules

Users must not use the platform to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Share false, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content

4. Third-Party Integrations

Draze may allow integration with third-party platforms (such as social media or communication tools).

By enabling such integrations:

• You authorize Draze to access approved permissions
• You confirm you have rights to connect such accounts
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms

Draze is not responsible for disruptions or changes in third-party services.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Draze, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Any unlawful activity

6. Limitation of Liability

Draze shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business
• Unauthorized access or misuse of your account
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

7. Disclaimer

Draze is a technology platform facilitating rental and property management services. We are not responsible for:

• Disputes between owners, tenants, or third parties
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Any losses arising from platform usage

8. Rent Payment Terms

8.1 Our Role

Draze provides a platform for users to make rental payments via third-party payment gateways. We only facilitate transactions and are not involved in the underlying agreement between payer and recipient.

8.2 User Responsibility

• You must ensure all payment details are accurate
• You confirm a valid rental relationship exists
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws

8.3 Authorization

By initiating a transaction, you authorize Draze to:

• Process payments via selected payment methods
• Transfer funds to the designated beneficiary
• Deduct applicable service fees

8.4 KYC & Verification

Draze may request documents such as:

• Rental agreement
• PAN / Aadhaar
• Identity proof

For transactions above applicable limits, additional verification may be required.

8.5 Transaction Terms

• Draze is not responsible for incorrect bank details entered by the user
• Fraud due to user negligence is the user’s responsibility
• Transactions may be delayed, rejected, or flagged for security reasons

8.6 Refund Policy

• If a transaction fails, the amount will be refunded after applicable deductions
• Once successfully credited, no refund will be processed
• Chargebacks, if any, will be handled as per banking and payment partner rules

8.7 Fraud & Suspicious Activity

Users must immediately report any suspicious transactions. Draze will take reasonable action but is not liable for losses once funds are transferred successfully.

9. Termination

Draze reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of KOTA, RAJASTHAN.
